MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
When you become a member of ALCARH, you gain access to important tools, information, and services. ALCARH keeps you constantly informed. You have opportunities to personally meet industry leaders. You gain valuable representation on Capitol Hill. The greatest benefit of becoming an ALCARH member, however, is that you align yourself with a diverse group of business people involved in every sector of the affordable housing community. ALCARH members include builders, developers, lenders, management companies, owners, non-profit agencies as well as other companies that supply products to the affordable housing industry. ALCARH is committed to supporting their goals, CARH's goals, and yours.

Keep in mind that maintaining your membership with ALCARH must include ALL properties that you manage in the State of Alabama
When remitting your dues, please include the following:
- Complex Name
- Mailing Address (where newsletter for on-site managers should be mailed)
- Total Number of Units
- Type (Family, Elderly, Congregate, Assisted Living, etc.)
- Funding Source (RRH/515, HOME, LIHTC, HUD, Bond, other)
It is preferred that this information be provided in Excel format and can either be mailed to us on floppy disk or e-mailed to arrice@alcarh.org
